Teaching in Kargil, Ladakh, J&K, India in September: His Holiness will visit Kargil on September 14 and address the Kargil public at an event organized by the Kargil Community. On September 15 His Holiness will confer the Akshobya Initiation (mitrukpa wang) at Bodhkharboo.
